纤维缠绕角度对复材缠绕管的轴向抗压性能影响分析

在对海洋环境下新型复合材料约束混凝土构件的研究和应用中,不同纤维缠绕角对复材缠绕管轴向压缩性能的影响不可忽视,为此在实验室中分别对纤维缠绕角为45°、60°和80°的玻璃纤维复合材料管开展了轴向压缩试验,分析了三种不同纤维缠绕角度对其轴向压缩性能的影响.结果表明:通过采用一种实用新型简易的试验装置,能够精确测量复材管的轴向受压性能:随着纤维缠绕角的变小,复材管的轴向压缩弹性模量从9.64 GPa提高到13.07 GPa,泊松比从0.13 提高到0.74.
Impact Analysis of Fiber Winding Angles on the Axial Compressive Properties of Composite FRP Tubes
In the research and application of new composite material constraint concrete components under marine environment,the axi-al compressive properties of composite winding pipe cannot be ignored.Based on the above,the axial compression test of glass fiber composite pipe with fiber winding angles of 45°,60° and 80° is conducted,and the influence of three different fiber winding angles on the axial compressive properties is analyzed.The results show that the axial compressive properties of the FRP tubes can be accurately measured by adopting a simple test device.The axial compression elastic modulus of the GFRP tube was increased from 9.64 GPa to 13.07 GPa,and the Poisson ratio increased from 0.13 to 0.74 with the decrease of the fiber winding angles.
