1~50m单箱双室钢箱梁桥支架搭设与受力验算

依托1~50m单箱双室钢箱梁桥施工背景,通过有限元分析软件midas对钢箱梁支架建立有限元模型,对支架结构进行强度、刚度、稳定性方面的验算,并对支架基础进行承载力验算.主要研究内容如下:(1)支架的材料、荷载分析;(2)支架受力分析,包括支架各结构剪应力、支架各结构弯曲应力;(3)支架基础承载力验算,具体包括基底反力计算、底板内力计算、基础抗冲切验算.研究表明:结构最大剪切应力为0.48 MPa,最大弯曲应力为5.14 MPa,最大位移为 1.5 mm,均满足支架材料及结构受力要求,稳定性也符合要求.支架在加工及安装时应保证按相关规范要求执行,以保证支架结构安全.
1~50 m Single Box Double Chamber Steel Box Girder Bridge Support Construction and Force Checking Calculation
Based on the construction background of 1 to 50 m single-box double-chamber steel box girder bridge,the finite element model of steel box girder support is established by using finite element analysis software midas,and the strength,stiffness and stability of the support structure are checked,as well as the bearing capacity of the support foundation.The main research contents are as fol-lows:(1)Material and load analysis of the support;(2)Support stress analysis includes shear stress and bending stress of each struc-ture of support;(3)Support foundation bearing capacity checking calculation,including base reaction force calculation,foundation punching checking calculation.The results show that the maximum shear stress of the structure is 0.48 MPa,the maximum bending stress is 5.14 MPa,and the maximum displacement is 1.5 mm,all of which meet the requirements of the support material and struc-ture,and the stability also meets the requirements.Support should be processed and installed in accordance with relevant specifications to ensure the safety of the support structure.
