健康监测系统在桥梁运营中的应用

为了探讨健康监测系统在桥梁运营中应用的精确性,以石河子市军垦一桥(独塔双索面预应力混凝土斜拉桥)为例,介绍了该桥健康监测系统的设计与实施,迄今已完成了对结构的6 次定期监测,以第6 次的监测数据为基础,结合前 5 次的监测结果对比分析可知:各斜拉索索力与设计值相比基本不超过±3%,吻合度较好;主梁及桥塔应力监测值远小于截面控制应力;桥面两侧高程监测值与设计值相比较为接近,且均高于设计值.结果表明健康监测系统在该桥具有良好的应用效果,能够确保桥梁结构状况预警的准确性,可为准确判断桥梁在运营中的健康状态提供数据支撑.
Application of Health Monitoring System in Bridge Operation
In order to explore the accuracy of the application of health monitoring system in bridge operation,this paper introduces the design and implementation of the health monitoring system of the bridge based on the project of Junken No.1 Bridge(prestressed con-crete cable-stayed bridge of single tower-double cable plane)in Shihezi City.Six regular monitoring of the structure has been com-pleted so far,based on the monitoring data of the sixth time,combined with the comparative analysis of the monitoring results of the first 5 times,it can be seen that the cable force is basically not more than±3% compared with the design value,the coincidence degree is good.And the stress monitoring value of main girder and tower is far less than the control section stress.The elevation monitoring values on both sides of the bridge deck are close to the design values and higher than the design values.The results show that the health moni-toring system has a good application effect in the bridge,which can ensure the accuracy of the early warning of the bridge structure and provide data support for accurately judging the health status of the bridge in operation.
