Operation Effect Evaluation Method and Its Application of Rail Transit Transfer Parking Lot
As an important node in the urban traffic system,the operation effect of transfer parking lot affects the urban traffic environ-ment,but there are few studies on its evaluation.On the basis of comparing the commonness and characteristics between transfer park-ing lot and general parking lot,and analyzing the influencing factors of operation effect of transfer parking lot,the evaluation index sys-tem of operation effect of transfer parking lot was established from the perspective of parking effect,transfer effect and social effect.Ac-cording to Urban Road Traffic Management Evaluation Index System and questionnaire survey results,the transfer parking lot operation effect classification standards were established.The evaluation model of the operation effect of the transfer parking lot was established by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).The evaluation grade of the transfer parking lot of Suzhou rail transit Longdaobang Sta-tion was C,and the operation management suggestions were put forward.
