Analysis and Management Strategy of Passenger Injury Event in Rail Transit Station
Analyzing the key points for handling customer injury incidents and exploring corresponding preventive measures based on the characteristics of different types of customer injuries can enhance the on-site staff's ability to handle customer injuries.Through the analysis of the passenger injury data of Shijiazhuang rail transit in 2022,the number of passenger injuries in August accounted for 18.7% of the total number.The passenger injuries mainly occurred in interchange stations and nearby commercial stations.The propor-tion of escalator injuries of middle-aged and elderly people over the age of 51 accounted for 43%.The characteristics of passenger in-juries were studied according to time,place,passenger age and category,and then the difficulties in handling passenger injuries were analyzed.Develop corresponding preventive measures for different types of passenger injuries such as escalator injuries,passenger inju-ries caused by personal reasons,subway door/shielding door/gate machine injuries,station falls,and propose reasonable suggestions for managing passenger injury incidents.
