摘要

为提高机场地面运行效率,采用Arena软件建立机场运行系统离散仿真模型,加入动画仿真模块,结合SAS软件的数据分析与拟合功能设计三组仿真场景,分别验证改变跑道使用方式、改变拖车资源配置方式对地面运行效率产生的影响及未来运输需求快速增长时机场将面临的运行压力.结果表明,在双跑道隔离运行模式下出港平均滑行时间可缩短4 min左右;若采用双跑道混合运行,则出港滑行平均时间缩短约3 min.拖车配置方案调整后,航空器由于拖车资源限制导致等待时长超过5 min事件发生的平均概率减小18.5%.最后,通过仿真实验测试机场当前保障能力可应对的交通增量,结果显示,航班增量达到60%时,航空器的进出港滑行时间明显增长.通过地面交通仿真评估为优化机场资源配置、最大化提升运行效率提出了可供参考的建议.

Abstract

In order to improve airport ground operation efficiency,a discrete simulation model of airport operation system based on Are-na was established,an animation module combined with data analysis and model fitting function of SAS software was added,three sim-ulation scenarios were designed to research impact of changing runway usage,tractor reassignment and future operating pressure when airport transport demand grows rapidly.Results show that average taxiing time of flights departure with dual-runway isolation opera-tion mode can be shortened by about 4 minutes and with mixed runway operation mode is 3 minutes shorter than previous.With adjus-ted tractor deployment,probability of push back delay more than5 minutes due to restriction of tractor resources decreased by18.5%.Finally,test extreme traffic increment that the airport's current capacity can cope with,results indicate that when flights increase by 60%,taxi time of inbound and outbound stretch a lot.Simulation and assessment of airport ground traffic offered suggestions in resource allocation optimization and maximizing airport operation efficiency.
