摘要
针对当前城市停车难问题,通过采用ETC技术,创建ETC智慧停车城市平台,将有效推动试点城市的建设,提升城市现有停车场资源的合理分配,提高车位周转使用率,方便公众出行.探索与研究ETC入驻城市停车场,提出解决方案,为ETC智慧停车建设实施方案的编制和后续施工提供参考.
Abstract
Aiming at the current difficulty of parking in cities,the use of ETC technology to create an ETC smart parking city platform will effectively promote the construction of pilot cities,improve the rational allocation of existing parking resources in the city,increase the turnover rate of parking spaces,and facilitate public travel.It explores and studies ETC's entry into urban parking lots,proposes solutions,and provides a reference for the preparation of ETC smart parking construction implementation plans and subsequent construction.
