Analysis and Exploration of Air Passenger Service Based on MaaS Concept
In order to improve travelers'satisfaction,the traditional air passenger transport is summarized,and the shortcomings of the traditional air passenger transport service are analyzed through questionnaire survey and related literature.In order to improve the short-comings,the air passenger service based on MaaS concept is put forward.While discussing its feasibility,the frame diagram of the serv-ice is constructed and compared with the traditional air passenger service.This service scheme is based on the traditional air passenger service,and through cooperation with the third-party MaaS operator,the passenger's travel experience is improved,so as to improve the passenger's travel satisfaction,and then enhance the competitiveness of air passenger transport,enhance the vitality of the air passenger transport market,and at the same time,improve the quality of public passenger transport and promote the integrated development of travel.
