煤气化炉渣改性乳化沥青混合料的力学特性

为探究煤气化炉渣对乳化沥青混合料路用性能的影响,开展沥青混合料 60℃车辙试验、15℃劈裂试验、浸水马歇尔试验、集料的水煮试验。研究不同煤气化炉渣掺量对乳化沥青混合料性能的影响。结果表明:经机械研磨后的煤气化炉渣加入乳化沥青混合料后,当掺量为乳化沥青用量的20%时,高温抗车辙性能提升了 22。6%,间接抗拉性能提升 12%,残留稳定度由原来的64。7%增大到82。9%,抗水损能力有所提升。
Mechanical Properties of Modified Emulsified Asphalt Mixture of Coal Gasification Slag
In order to explore the influence of coal gasification slag on the road performance of emulsified asphalt mixture,60℃rutting test,15℃splitting test and water boiling test of aggregate are developed in this paper.Immersion Marshall test was conducted to study the influence of different coal gasification slag content on the performance of emulsified asphalt mixture.The research results show that after adding the mechanically ground coal gasification slag into the emulsified asphalt mixture,when the content is 20%of the emulsi-fied asphalt,the high-temperature rutting resistance is increased by 22.6,the indirect tensile performance is increased by 12%,the residual stability is increased from 64.7%to 82.9%,and the water loss resistance is improved.
