为了对排水沥青混合料配合比设计进行优化,在现有排水沥青混合料结构类型的基础上,考虑矿料级配进而对排水沥青混合料进行配合比设计,得出试验级配,油石比为4。9%,对其路用性能进行研究。通过试验结果可以看出:与SBS改性沥青混合料相比,采用优化后的排水沥青混合料动稳定度增加12。7%,冻融劈裂强度增加 2。7%,最大伸缩应变增加 3。8%,优化后的排水沥青混合料具有良好的高温、低温、水稳定性能。
Optimum Design of Mix Ratio of Drainage Asphalt Mixture
In order to optimize the design of drainage asphalt mixture,based on the structure type of the existing drainage asphalt mix-ture,this paper considers the ore gradation and then carries on the drainage asphalt mixture mix design.The test gradation is A,the oil stone ratio is4.9%,and its road performance is studied.It can be seen from the test results that compared with SBS modified asphalt mixture,the dynamic stability of the optimized drainage asphalt mixture increases by 12.7%,the freeze-thaw splitting strength increa-ses by2.7%,and the maximum stretching strain increases by3.8%.The optimized drainage asphalt mixture has good performance of high temperature,low temperature and water stability.
