摘要

采用引气混凝土能够降低水灰比、增强混凝土的抗冻耐久性、减轻碱集料反应带来的膨胀破坏、改善混凝土的和易性和抗渗性.尤其是在有除冰盐等盐侵蚀的地区,还能够提高混凝土结构抵抗盐冻剥蚀的能力.根据北黑高速公路建设实际,分析混凝土原材料的技术指标及对含气量的影响,选择引气混凝土参数、配合比设计参数,进行配合比设计.通过试验验证,确认配制的引气混凝土的工作性能、力学性能和抗冻耐久性良好.

Abstract

The use of air-entrained concrete can reduce the water-cement ratio,enhance the frost durability of concrete,reduce the expansion failure caused by alkali aggregate reaction,and improve the workability and impermeability of concrete.Especially in areas with salt erosion such as deicing salt,it can also improve the resistance of concrete structures to salt erosion.According to the construc-tion practice of the Bei'an to Heihe Expressway,the technical indicators of concrete raw materials and their influence on air content were analyzed,and the parameters and design parameters of air-entrained concrete and mix ratio were selected,and the matching ratio design was carried out.Through experimental verification,it is confirmed that the prepared air-entrained concrete has good working performance,mechanical properties,and frost resistance durability.
