温拌沥青混合料与橡胶改性沥青混合料在国内的应用发展十分迅速,两项技术结合可以在路用性能、施工性能方面实现优势互补,并具有节能减排、绿色环保的优势.为探讨温拌剂对橡胶改性沥青路用性能的影响,以 60 目废旧轮胎胶粉、盘锦90#沥青、国产LKW-Ⅱ型温拌剂制备改性沥青,通过室内试验,分析研究温拌剂对橡胶改性沥青及其混合料性能的影响.确认温拌剂能够降低橡胶改性沥青的温度敏感性、改善橡胶改性沥青的低温流变性及其使用耐久性,并有效提升橡胶改性沥青混合料的高低温稳定性.
Influence of Warm Mix Agent on the Road Performance of Rubber Modified Asphalt
The utilization and progression of warm-mixed asphalt mixture and rubber modified asphalt mixture in China have been im-pressively rapid.The amalgamation of these two technologies results in a mutually advantageous complementation of superior road per-formance and construction performance,while simultaneously providing advantageous energy-saving,emission reduction,and green en-vironmental benefits.To explore the effects of warm-mixed additives on the road performance of rubber modified asphalt,60 mesh waste tire rubber powder,Panjin 90#asphalt,and domestically produced LKW-Ⅱ warm-mixed additive were implemented in the preparation of modified asphalt.By conducting indoor experiments,the influence of warm-mixed additives on the performance of rub-ber modified asphalt and its mixture were analyzed and studied.It was determined that warm-mixed additives can mitigate the temper-ature sensitivity of rubber modified asphalt,ameliorate the low-temperature rheological properties and durability of rubber modified as-phalt,and effectively enhance the high and low-temperature stability of rubber modified asphalt mixture.
