摘要

以两联三跨连续梁顶升改造施工为工程背景,采用PLC电脑同步控制系统进行顶升施工.通过midas Civil有限元软件建立模型,对桥梁施工顶升过程进行仿真计算,在确保梁体安全的前提下,计算分析得到顶升不均匀位移差控制值.并对顶升过程中的桥梁采取变形、应力、基础沉降、裂缝等监测措施,并制定相应的监测预警值,以期为后续桥梁顶升改造施工提供理论依据.

Abstract

Based on the engineering background of the jacking construction of two-connected three-span continuous beam,the jack-ing construction is carried out by using PLC computer synchronous control system.The model is established by midas Civil finite ele-ment software,and the whole process of bridge construction and jacking process are simulated and calculated.On the premise of ensu-ring the safety of the beam body,the control value of uneven displacement difference of jacking is calculated and analyzed.The deform-ation,stress,foundation settlement,cracks and other monitoring measures are taken for the bridge during the jacking process,and the corresponding monitoring and early warning values are formulated to provide theoretical and technical guidance for the subsequent bridge jacking reconstruction.
