贝雷梁+满堂式支架的现浇箱梁施工技术

用Ansys有限元分析软件对广东北特大桥第三、第四跨现浇箱梁施工进行了模拟.通过对不同支架结构的对比分析,结合地质环境特点对连接处变形问题进行了研究,发现减小贝雷梁跨径是一种有效的改进方案,能够降低竖向变形,提升施工质量.加强型贝雷梁在整体稳定性方面有一定差距,而横桥向加密贝雷梁在减少竖向变形方面表现较好.
Construction Technology of Cast-in-place Box Girder with Bailey Beam and Full Space Support
The construction of cast-in-place box girders for the third and fourth spans of Guangdong North Extra Large Bridge was simulated using Ansys finite element analysis software.Through comparative analysis of different support structures and combined with geological environment characteristics,the deformation problem at the connection point was studied.It was found that reducing the span of the Bailey beam is an effective improvement plan,which can reduce vertical deformation and improve construction quality.There is a certain gap in the overall stability of reinforced Bailey beams,while the transverse encrypted Bailey beams perform better in reducing vertical deformation.
