摘要

目前,顶推施工在大跨径钢桁梁施工领域得到了广泛的应用.以余姚江特大桥钢桁梁顶推施工过程为研究对象,采用midas Civil建立该桥的有限元模型,分析了各个施工阶段梁端挠度、杆件应力的变化情况,并在现场设置挠度、应力监测点获取实测数据.通过梁端挠度与杆件应力的理论分析数据、实测数据对比发现:两者基本吻合,理论模型可较好地反映顶推状态.通过监控梁端挠度、杆件应力,可以及时调整顶推梁姿态,以保证顶推施工的安全进行.

Abstract

At present,the incremental launching construction has been widely used in the field of large-span steel truss beam con-struction.Taking the construction process of steel truss beam incremental launching of Yuyao River Bridge as the research object,the finite element model of the bridge is established by midas Civil,the deflection of beam end and rod stress in each construction stage are analyzed,and the measured data are set up at the deflection and stress monitoring points.By comparing the theoretical analysis data and measured data of the beam end deflection and the rod stress,it is found that the two are basically consistent,and the theoretical model can react to the incremental launching state well.By monitoring the deflection of the beam end and the stress of the rod,the attitude of the incremental launching beam can be adjusted in time to ensure the safety of construction.
