Upgrading and Reconstruction of Double-Layer Double-Wave Guardrail Based on Simulation
Combined with the current situation of the wave-beam guardrail on the side of Shenhai Expressway,a renovation scheme for upgrading the quality of double-layer double-wave guardrail is proposed,and the safety performance of double-layer double-wave renovation guardrail is verified by computer simulation and real vehicle crash test.Using the simulation finite element model checked by real vehicle crash test,the vehicle-guardrail collision simulation model of real vehicle crash test guardrail and double-layer doub-le-wave guardrail is established,the collision process of"vehicle-guardrail"is simulated,the blocking function,guiding function,buffer function and deformation related indicators of the guardrail are calculated,and the difference between the protective performance of the double-layer double-wave guardrail and the guardrail in the real vehicle crash test is analyzed,and the results show that all the indicators of safety performance in the protection level meet the requirements of the specification.The blocking function index of double-layer double-wave guardrail for medium-sized buses and medium-sized trucks is better than that of real vehicle crash test guardrail,and the small bus is smoothly exported after colliding with double-layer double-wave guardrail,and the protection level of double-layer double-wave guardrail transformation structure can reach grade A(160 kJ);During the on-site implementation,the o-riginal guardrail structure size,foundation and mechanical performance indicators and other parameters should be reviewed,and ensure that the renovation construction of the guardrail meets the requirements of relevant standards and specifications.
