The crew plan is the key point of the operation of the rail transit system.It is the work plan prepared based on the train oper-ation diagram and the working method of assigning the work plan to the driver.The quality of the crew plan is directly related to the op-eration quality of rail transit.For Beijing line 13 capacity upgrade operation manpower and capacity after the optimal matching prob-lem,and the modular plan of modular method,from the crew mode,crew nature,crew mode three aspects to meet the line operation demand,and the ride station set in Longze station can realize line 13 across the optimal way,through the analysis of several crew modes,it is concluded that the comprehensive shift system is the optimal match in terms of manpower and transport capacity,which can adapt to the optimal direction of the crew plan for operation after the expansion and upgrading of Line 13.
