It introduces the necessity of bus network reconstruction from three aspects:bus passenger flow,bus operation cost and fi-nancial subsidy,then it introduces the successful experience of bus network reconstruction in other cities,and summarizes the methods and ideas of bus network reconstruction in domestic cities.Taking the bus network optimization in Guancheng Street,Dongguan City as an example,it gives the case and implementation effect of specific bus network reconstruction.
