含砖再生集料配制混凝土的适用性

为了探讨含砖再生集料配制混凝土的适用性,在拟定的不同强度等级混凝土的配合比基础上,用再生集料和废砖再生集料替代不同比例的天然粗集料配制不同强度等级的混凝土,通过系统的试验,研究了再生集料掺入量及废砖再生集料掺入量对再生混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度的影响规律。试验结果表明:再生混凝土的抗压强度会随着再生粗集料掺入量和废砖再生集料掺入量的增大而降低,含砖再生集料可以用于配制C20~C35 强度等级的混凝土。但是粗集料中再生集料所占比例为50%时,C20~C35 强度等级的混凝土中废砖再生集料的掺入量分别不宜大于20%、25%、40%和60%,研究成果有利于控制和提高含砖再生混凝土的质量。
Applicability of Recycled Aggregate Containing Bricks for Producting Concrete
In order to investigate applicability of recycled aggregate containing bricks to product concrete,the recycled aggregate and re-cycled waste brick aggregate are used to replace different proportions of natural coarse aggregate to product different strength grades of concrete on the basis of the proposed mix ratio of different strength grades of concrete.The influencing law of recycled aggregate content and recycled waste brick aggregate content on compressive strength,flexural strength of recycled aggregate concrete were studied through systematic tests.The test results show that the compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete would decrease with the re-cycled aggregate content or recycled waste brick aggregate content increased.The recycled aggregate containing bricks could be used to product concrete with strength grades C20 to C35.But when the proportion of recycled aggregates in the coarse aggregates is50%,the recycled waste brick aggregate content in concrete with strength grades C20 to C35 should not be greater than 20%,25%,40%and 60%,respectively.These achievement conducive to controlling and improving the quality of brick-containing recycled concrete.
