硫沥青结晶形态与流变性能试验分析

为克服沥青路面易产生车辙的缺点,并降低沥青用量,采用硫磺对基质沥青进行改性。选取不同的硫磺掺量(内掺10%、20%、30%、40%),制备了四种不同的硫沥青,在室温下进行了不同天数(7、14、30 d)的养生,分别研究不同硫沥青的结晶形态、针入度、软化点和流变特性。研究发现,硫沥青中硫磺的结晶可显著改善高温抗车辙性能,具体表现为硫磺的掺加显著提高了基质沥青的软化点、复合剪切模量和车辙因子。其次,低掺量硫磺(内掺10%)对基质沥青流变性能的影响不大,推荐采用较高的硫磺掺量(不低于内掺20%)制备硫沥青。
Test and Analysis of Crystallization State and Rheological Performance of Sulfur Asphalt
To overcome pavement rutting disease and reduce the use of petroleum asphalt,sulfur is used to modify the virgin asphalt.Four kinds of sulfur extended asphalt were prepared with different sulfur contents(10%,20%,30%and 40%),and cured for different days(7,14 and 30 d)at room temperature.The crystal morphology,penetration,softening point and rheological properties of different sulfur asphalts were evaluated respectively.It was found that the crystallization of sulfur in the sulfur asphalt can significantly improve the rutting resistance at high temperature.Specifically,sulfur can significantly improve the softening point,complex shear modulus and rutting factor of virgin asphalt.Additionally,low sulfur content(10%)has slight effect on the rheological properties of base asphalt,therefore it is recommended to prepare sulfur asphalt with high sulfur content(no less than 20%).
