超快硬混凝土修复王应用性能试验研究

针对磷酸盐水泥基产品(修复王)在实际应用过程中经常出现的问题,对比分析了用水量对其工作性、强度和耐磨性的影响,结果表明:当用水量从6%提高至10%时,修复王混凝土工作性能显著提高,并逐渐出现离析现象,混凝土抗压强度降低了4~5 个等级,混凝土磨损量增加了3~6 倍,用水量为8%时,混凝土坍落扩展度为590 mm,7 d抗压强度为62。5 MPa,7d磨损量为1。912 kg/m2,可满足常规修补要求。
Experimental Study on Application Performance of Super Fast Hard Concrete Repair Product
In view of the common problems in the practical application of phosphate cement-based products(repair king),the effects of water consumption on its workability,strength and wear resistance are compared and analyzed.The results show that when the water consumption is increased from 6%to 10%,the working performance of repair king concrete is significantly improved,segregation phe-nomenon gradually appears,and the compressive strength of concrete is reduced by 4~5 grades,the wear amount of concrete increases by 3~6 times.When the water consumption is 8%,slump expansion of concrete is 590 mm,7 d compressive strength is 62.5 MPa,and 7 d wear amount is 1.912 kg/m2,which can meet the requirements of conventional repair.
