大尺寸桩基承台钢套箱围堰的设计与关键施工技术

针对北澄子河大桥深基础水文条件复杂和常规水下施工精度差等问题,提出了钢围堰拼装的抗水压结构安全设计方法,研究了水下钢围堰的精确安装定位和混凝土排水浇筑等施工方法,研究表明:采用8mm厚度钢板组合[10 槽钢加劲肋结构体系可以保证围堰抗水压能力;利用分层编号定位方法进行水下钢围堰安装,保障水下安装误差可控制在±20 mm以内.
Key Construction Technology and Design of Large-size Pile Foundation Cap and Steel Sleeve Box Cofferdam
Aiming at the problems of complex hydrological conditions of deep foundation and poor precision of conventional underwater construction of Beichengzi River Bridge,we put forward the structural safety design method of water pressure resistance of steel coffer-dam assembly,and researched the construction methods of precise installation and positioning of underwater steel cofferdam and con-crete drainage pouring,etc.The research shows that:the use of 8 mm-thickness steel plate combined with[10 channel steel reinfor-cing rib structural system can ensure the capacity of the cofferdam water pressure resistance;and the use of hierarchical numbering and positioning method of underwater steel cofferdam installation ensures that the error of the underwater installation can be controlled with-in±20 mm.
