Experimental Analysis of Flexural Behavior of Prestressed Concrete Composite Box Girder
Because different reinforcement methods will have some impact on the bearing capacity of prestressed concrete composite box girder,so that it is prone to bending deformation,so the bending performance test analysis of prestressed concrete combined box girder is carried out.To pile road reconstruction project as an example, four 25 m span concrete bridge as a test sample, using the three-point loading way to complete the bridge specimen parameter design, layout points to add strain patch in different locations, through the calculation of effective tensile stress and bending bearing capacity, the unreinforced bridge and use plate-concrete combination way reinforced bridge comparison, analysis of the load-span deflection and flexural strength on the performance of the bridge. The test re-sults show that the midspan deflection of the tested bridge test is between 300 and 600 mm,and the load increases by 1 500 kN;the bearing capacity in the limit state increases by 54.38%,50.46%and 55.22%respectively;the flexural strength and the fracture elon-gation of the bridge A3 increased by 42.5 MPa and 245%respectively.Analyzing the effect of reinforced bridge engineering,no crack problem of combined box girder is found.
