摘要
为指导钢桥面防腐层施工,通过钢桥面板喷砂除锈及环氧富锌漆施工工艺研究,确定了喷砂除锈和环氧富锌漆施工关键技术控制指标,研究表明,抛丸机采用丸砂比为2∶1 时,行走速度不得>3.0 m/min;采用喷枪喷涂环氧富锌漆,漆膜厚度均匀性要优于人工滚涂,且合格率相对较高;喷枪喷涂和人工滚涂环氧富锌漆对其拉拔强度影响不大.通过防腐层施工工艺研究,验证了防腐层施工关键技术与工艺的合理性.
Abstract
In order to guide the construction of anti-corrosion coating on steel bridge deck,the key technical control indexes of sand blasting and epoxy zinc rich paint construction are determined through the research on the construction technology of steel bridge deck sand blasting and epoxy zinc rich paint.The research shows that when the shot blasting machine adopts the shot sand ratio of 2∶1,the walking speed shall not be greater than 3.0 m/min;When spraying epoxy zinc rich paint with spray gun,the uniformity of film thick-ness is better than manual roll coating,and the qualified rate is relatively high;Spray gun spraying and manual roll coating of epoxy zinc rich paint have little effect on its drawing strength.Through the research on the construction technology of anti-corrosion coating,the rationality of the key technology of anti-corrosion coating construction is verified.
