摘要

以京哈高速公路绥中(冀辽界)至沈阳段改扩建工程方案论证为契机,梳理施工期常见的封闭措施,以高速公路站间OD数据为基础,利用辽宁省高速公路模型对施工期道路通行条件及封闭措施进行模拟,分析各种封闭措施对于路段交通量的影响程度,从而为科学合理地制定施工期交通组织方案提供可靠的依据.

Abstract

Based on Beijing to Harbin Expressway Suizhong(Jiliao boundary)to Shenyang reconstruction project scheme demonstration as an opportunity to comb the construction of common closed measures,on the basis of the OD data between highway station,using the simulation of Liaoning Province highway model of construction road traffic conditions and closed measures,analysis of various closed measures for road traffic impact,so as to provide for scientific and reasonable construction traffic organization plan reliable.
