基于Logit模型和宏观交通模型的规划目标实证

近年来苏州市机动化出行水平不断提升,古城核心区出行品质逐年下降,相关规划从不同角度提出了古城交通发展目标以提升出行品质,但相关规划由不同部门分别编制,规划各自实施后是否均能达成目标缺乏验证。利用多项Logit模型分析居民出行选择特征,并利用宏观交通模型分析各规划实施后规划目标是否能够达成。结果表明,持续提升包括轨道交通、常规公交在内的公共交通服务水平有助于降低小汽车使用率,但与相关规划目标相比仍存在一定差距。
Demonstration of Planning Objectives Based on Logit Model and Macro Traffic Model
In recent years,the level of motorized travel in Suzhou has been continuously improved,and the quality of travel in the core ar-ea of the ancient city has been declining year by year.Relevant plans put forward the transportation development goals of the ancient city from different perspectives to improve the travel quality,but the relevant plans are prepared by different departments,and it is not verified whether the goals can be achieved after the implementation of the plans.Use multiple Logit models to analyze the characteristics of resi-dents'travel choices,and use the macro traffic model to analyze whether the planning goals can be achieved after the implementation of each plan.The results show that the continuous improvement of public transport services including rail transit and conventional public transport will help reduce the utilization rate of cars,but there is still a certain gap compared with the relevant planning goals.
