摘要
交通调查是非常重要的基础工作,调查资料是进行交通规划、交通分析、道路交通设施设计、交通管理与控制等多方面实践与研究的重要依据.传统交通调查多采用人工现场观测,存在调查结果准确率低、工作量大和调查成本高等问题,需借助新技术,建立一种适应现代研究和发展需要的新型数据采集和分析系统,实现交通调查数据的标准化、信息化、数字化.讨论了交通调查数字信息化的必要性、建设目标和平台总体设计,提出了平台规划远期构想.
Abstract
Traffic survey is a very important basic work.Survey data are an important basis for practice and research in many aspects,such as traffic planning,traffic analysis,road traffic facility design,traffic management and control.Traditional traffic survey mostly adopts manual field observation,which has the problems of low accuracy of survey results,large workload and high survey cost.With the help of new technology,a new data acquisition and analysis system suitable for modern research and development needs to be established to real-ize the data standardization,informatization and digitization of traffic survey.This paper discusses the necessity,construction objectives and overall design of digital information platform of traffic survey,and puts forward the long-term concept of platform planning.
