摘要

在公路路面施工中压实质量是重要的决定因素,现阶段传统的施工控制方式对于压实质量的控制效果有限,为加强对压实质量的管控,设计并提出了一套基于GPS定位技术、LoRa/Wi-Fi无线通信等技术的智能压实监控系统.该系统通过分层设计与模块化设计,集成了车辆运行传感器模块、红外测温传感器模块、压实度传感器模块,对碾压速度、质量、温度等进行实时反馈、指导压实作业.通过实际工程应用对比试验结果表明,应用智能压实监控系统进行施工指导时,可将初压速度控制在2.6~2.9 km/h之间,对比传统的压实施工速度(2.5~4.4 km/h),速度变化范围较小、较为稳定,且速度均值为2.8 km/h(<3.3 km/h),可以有效避免速度过快、过慢导致变异系数较大的情况.并将碾压温度的波动范围控制在 163~166℃之间,改善了因温度波动较大带来的变异系数增大的问题,且减少了漏压情况的出现.经过检测,应用智能压实监控系统后路面压实度高于设计指标的要求,减少了因质量问题导致补压、返工等现象的发生,降低了非必要成本.

Abstract

Compaction quality is an important determinant in highway pavement construction.At present,the traditional construction con-trol mode has limited effect on compaction quality.In order to strengthen the control of compaction quality,a set of intelligent compaction monitoring system based on GPS positioning technology,LoRa/Wi-Fi wireless communication and other technologies is designed and proposed.Through layered design and modular design,the system integrates vehicle operation sensor module,infrared temperature meas-urement sensor module and compaction sensor module to provide real-time feedback on rolling speed,quality and temperature and guide the compaction operation.Through practical engineering application comparison test results show that the application of intelligent com-paction monitoring system for construction guidance,can be the initial pressure speed control between 2.6~2.9 km/h,compared to the traditional compaction construction speed(2.5~4.4 km/h),speed change range is small,relatively stable,and the average speed of 2.8 km/h(<3.3 km/h),can effectively avoid speed too fast,too slow lead to large coefficient of variation.The fluctuation range of roll-ing temperature is controlled between 163 and 166℃,which improves the problem of increasing coefficient of variation caused by large temperature fluctuation and reduces the occurrence of leakage pressure.After testing,the application of the intelligent compaction monito-ring system after the road compaction is higher than the requirements of the design index,which reduces the occurrence of pressure re-plenishment and rework caused due to quality problems,and reduces the non-essential cost.
