泡沫沥青就地冷再生技术在哈同高速养护工程中的应用

摘要
针对哈同高速公路旧路路面使用现状及发生的病害情况,依据已有数据,重新设计沥青混合料配合比、检验沥青混合料性能,采用就地冷再生修复处理方案.结果表明当按照设定沥青混合料级配,在最佳含水率为 5.4%、最佳泡沫沥青用量为2.3%时,再生后沥青混合料劈裂强度等满足规范要求;并按照施工工艺进行施工,结合路面施工检测可知,压实度等均符合规范要求.
Abstract
According to the current situation and diseases of the old pavement of Hatong Expressway,the mix ratio of asphalt mixture is redesigned to test the performance of asphalt mixture,and the local cold regeneration and repair scheme is adopted.The results show that according to the set grading of asphalt mixture,when the optimal moisture content is 5.4%and the optimal dosage of foam asphalt is 2.3%,the cracking strength of the recycled asphalt mixture meets the specification requirements.
