超薄铺装沥青混合料设计及路用性能研究

针对传统超薄铺装材料压实困难、抗水损能力与高温稳定性较差的问题,采用密级配设计与复合改性方法,提出超薄铺装材料的设计和路用性能评价指标,采用具有温拌-抗车辙效果的复合型添加剂并结合室内试验研制出一款新型的高性能超薄铺装养护材料。基于动态模量、高温蠕变、疲劳性能等力学性能试验探究超薄铺装材料在行车荷载长期作用下力学性能的衰减变化规律。结果表明:该超薄铺装材料具有优异的路用性能与施工和易性,能够保证在桥面降温速度较快的施工条件下仍能达到标准的压实度。
Study on Design and Road Performance of Ultra Thin Paving Asphalt Mixture
Aiming at the problems of difficult compaction,poor water loss resistance and high-temperature stability of traditional ultra-thin pavement materials,the design and road performance evaluation indexes of ultra-thin pavement materials are proposed by using dense gradation design and composite modification methods.A new high-performance ultra-thin pavement maintenance material is developed by using composite additives with warm mixing anti rutting effect and combining with indoor experiments.Based on the dy-namic modulus,high-temperature creep,fatigue performance and other mechanical performance tests,the attenuation of mechanical properties of ultra-thin pavement materials under long-term traffic load is explored.The results show that the ultra-thin pavement material has excellent road performance and ease of construction,and can ensure that it can still reach the standard compactness under the construction conditions of fast cooling speed of the bridge deck.
