连霍高速三门峡段改扩建路面纵向裂缝成因及治理措施

为深入研究长时间重载作用下路面纵向裂缝的成因及治理措施,以三门峡境内连霍高速改扩建项目为依托,针对改扩建之前的老路路面裂缝病害进行调查分析,采用对比分析法,研究了路面纵向裂缝的类型、成因,并据此提出了适用于高等级公路路面纵向裂缝的轻度、中度和重度裂缝处治措施,预期可延长道路使用年限5 年,节约30%的养护成本及大修资金。
Causes and Treatment Measures of Longitudinal Cracks in the Reconstructed and Expanded Pavement of Sanmenxia Section of Lianhuo Expressway
In order to deeply study the causes and treatment measures of pavement longitudinal cracks under heavy load for a long time,based on the reconstruction and expansion project of a section of Lianhuo Expressway in Sanmenxia,the investigation and analysis were conducted on the pavement crack disease of the old road before the reconstruction and expansion,and the type and causes of pave-ment longitudinal cracks were studied by using the comparative analysis method.On this basis,the treatment measures for light,medi-um and heavy longitudinal joints cracks are expected to extend the service life of the road for 5 years,saving 30%of the maintenance cost and overhaul funds.
