旧混凝土公路路基与路面改造方案设计

针对旧混凝土公路传统改造方法的改造效果较差、路面容易出现开裂等问题,在传统方法的基础上作了优化设计,提出一种新的路基与路面改造方法。以高州市大唐荔乡田园综合体核心区内道路改造工程项目为例,计算旧混凝土公路路面结构的弯沉值,使用贝克曼梁弯沉仪检测旧混凝土公路路基与路面的回弹弯沉,设计混凝土路基与路面的沥青加铺层,选取与旧混凝土公路原基层材料相同的材料进行换填,对新旧混凝土公路路基路面进行拼接处理。采用新设计方法改造后的路面结构承载能力均在516。7 MPa以上,证明改造后路面承载能力得到提高。
Scheme Design of Old Concrete Highway Subgrade and Pavement Reconstruction
In view of the poor reconstruction effect of the traditional reconstruction method of the old concrete highway,the road surface is prone to cracking,the optimization design is made based on the traditional method,and a new reconstruction method of subgrade and pavement is proposed.Taking the road reconstruction project in the core area of the Datang Lixiang Pastoral Complex in Gaozhou City as an example,calculate the old concrete road pavement structure of bending value,using Beckman Beam Deflection Meter detect the old concrete highway subgrade and pavement rebound deflection,design of concrete subgrade and pavement asphalt layer,selection with the old concrete highway the original base material in filling,the old and new concrete highway subgrade pavement splicing.After adop-ting the new design method for modification,the carrying capacity of the pavement structure is above 516.7 MPa,which proves that the carrying capacity of the pavement surface is improved after the transformation.
