胶粉石油树脂复合改性沥青抗车辙性能研究

为研究石油树脂对胶粉改性沥青抗车辙性能的影响,设计了不同胶粉和石油树脂改性剂掺量,制备了胶粉石油树脂复合改性沥青,考虑了未老化和短期老化两种沥青老化状态,分别测试了复合改性沥青的剪切流变特性和蠕变恢复特性.研究发现,随着胶粉含量的增加和石油树脂的掺入,复合改性沥青的抗车辙性能持续得到改善,同时方差分析结果也证明了其改善效果.相比基质沥青,复合改性沥青车辙因子值的提高幅度最高可达近5 倍,蠕变恢复率的提高幅度最高可达近10 倍.因此采用这两种改性剂生产的沥青材料可保证路面在高温下不易发生车辙.根据多重应力蠕变恢复试验结果,较高的胶粉掺量在弹性性能方面具有更好的抗车辙性.进一步添加石油树脂也会显著降低不可恢复蠕变柔量值.虽然石油树脂的掺入对改性沥青的蠕变恢复率并没有明显的积极影响,但考虑到一些潜在的试验误差,在试验层面总体上可认为石油树脂能够有效改善沥青弹性性能.
Study on Rut Resistance Performance of Crumb Rubber Petroleum Resin Compound Modified Asphalt
To investigate the effect of petroleum resin on crumb rubber modified asphalts,different contents of Crumb Rubber(CR)and Petroleum Resin(PR)modifiers were designed,and CR/PR composite modified asphalts were prepared.Considering the two asphalt ag-ing states of non-aging and short-term aging,the shear rheological properties and creep recovery properties of the composite modified asphalts were tested respectively,and the high-temperature rutting resistance was evaluated.It is found that with the increase of CR content and the addition of PR,the rutting resistance of composite modified asphalts was constantly improved.At the same time,the re-sults of variance analysis also prove the improvement effect.Compared with the base asphalt,the rutting factor of compound modified asphalts was increased by nearly one time,and the recovery rate was increased by around ten times.Therefore,the asphalt materials produced with these two modifiers can ensure that rutting is not easy to occur under high pavement temperature.According to the re-sults of multiple stress creep recovery test,higher content of CR had better rutting resistance in terms of elastic properties.Further addi-tion of PR will also significantly reduce the unrecoverable creep compliance value.Although the addition of PR has no obvious positive effect on the creep recovery rate of modified asphalts,considering some potential test errors,it can be considered that the PR was effec-tive in improving the elastic properties of asphalt.
