再生小粒径碎石填料在湿陷性黄土路基中的应用分析

摘要
小粒径碎石在黄土路基上的应用具有重要的经济和环境意义.为研究再生小粒径碎石填料在黄土路基的长期变形特性,进行了一系列的室内试验和现场测试,并进行长期测量变形试验,包括室内蠕变试验和现场沉降测量.用自制的固结蠕变仪进行了长期的蠕变试验,研究结果表明再生小粒径碎石填料在试验载荷下的蠕变类型为稳定蠕变,随着载荷的增大,不仅蠕变变形量增大,而且达到蠕变稳定的时间也较长,颗粒的破碎和压实是其长期变形的主要原因.通过测量和分析发现,小粒径碎石黄土路基的沉降稳定需要较长的时间,道路运营后,黄土路基沉降量迅速增长.
Abstract
The application of small-size gravel in loess subgrade has great economic and environmental significance.In order to study the long-term deformation characteristics of recycled small-size gravel filler in loess subgrade,a series of indoor tests and field tests were carried out,and long-term measurement deformation tests,including indoor creep test and field settlement measurement.The long-term creep test was conducted with self-made consolidation creep instrument.The results showed that the creep type of regener-ated small-size gravel filler under the test load was stable creep.With the increase of load,not only the creep deformation increased,but also for a long time.The crushing and compaction are the main reasons for the long-term deformation.Through measurement and analysis,it is found that the settlement stability of small particle size gravel loess subgrade takes a long time,and the settlement of loess subgrade increases rapidly after the road operation.
