高掺量RAP和温拌技术对沥青混合料性能的影响

为了评价多种温拌沥青-沥青混合料回收料(WMA-RAP)混合料的力学性能,研究了掺量为 0%、25%和 35%的RAP对不同WMA抗车辙、低温性能和疲劳性能的影响.采用车辙试验和多重应力蠕变恢复试验(MSCR)分别研究了沥青混合料和结合料的抗车辙性能;采用半圆弯曲试验(SCB)和线性振幅扫描试验(LAS)分别对沥青混合料和结合料开裂性能进行了评价.结果表明,含有35%RAP的WMA混合料提高了抗永久变形能力,采用更高比例的RAP和WMA技术,可提高抗裂性能,WMA-RAP混合料的整体抗裂性能优于热拌沥青-沥青混合料回收料(HMA-RAP)混合料.此外,LAS试验结果表明,RAP材料和WMA技术结合可提高沥青混合料的疲劳寿命.
Influence of High Content RAP and Warm Mixing Technology on the Performance of Asphalt Mixture
In order to evaluate the mechanical properties of various Warm Mixed Asphalt-Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement(WMA-RAP)mixture,the effects of RAP with 0%,25%and 35%on different WMA rutting,low temperature and fatigue properties were studied.The rut resistance of asphalt mixture and binder were studied by rut test and Multiple Stress Creep Recovery test(MSCR),and the cracking performance of asphalt mixture and binder were evaluated by Semi-circular Bending test(SCB)and Linear Ampli-tude Scanning test(LAS),respectively.The results show that the WMA mixture containing 35%RAP improves the resistance to per-manent deformation ability,and the higher proportion of RAP and WMA technology can improve the crack resistance,and the overall crack resistance of WMA-RAP mixture is better than that of Hot Mix Asphalt-Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement(HMA-RAP)mix-ture.Moreover,the LAS test results show that the combination of RAP material and WMA technology can improve the fatigue life of the asphalt mixture.
