狭窄地段桥梁重建方案设计

为了在有限场地内完成桥梁的重建工作,解决狭窄地段对桥梁重建效果与投入的影响问题,在充分考虑周边环境的情况下,提出狭窄地段桥梁重建方案.以济南市东部某大桥工程为研究对象,采用小型风钻配合人工凿除的方式拆除原桥,根据桥梁的受力情况确定桥梁的重建结构.通过开挖回填与预压地基、支座构造与灌浆施工、搭设钻孔桩、植筋等步骤,实现狭窄地段桥梁重建施工.通过实测分析得出结论:通过狭窄地段桥梁重建设计方案的落实,桥梁重建结果的平均变形量始终低于预设值,重建工期和费用分别为16.7 个月和32.6 万元.
Design of Bridge Reconstruction Scheme in Narrow Section
In order to finish the bridge reconstruction work in the limited site and solve the problem of the influence of the narrow sec-tion on the bridge reconstruction effect and investment,the bridge reconstruction scheme in the narrow section is put forward under the consideration of the surrounding environment.A bridge project in eastern Jinan was taken as the research object,and the original bridge was demolished by a small wind drill combined with manual excavation.The reconstruction of bridge in narrow section is realized by excavating backfill and preloading foundation,construction of bearing and grouting,setting up bored pile and planting steel bar.Through the analysis of the actual measurement,the conclusion is drawn that the average deformation of the bridge reconstruction result is al-ways lower than the preset value through the implementation of the bridge reconstruction and design plan in the narrow area,the dura-tion and cost of the reconstruction project are 16.7 months and 326,000 yuan respectively.
