Calculation Method and Verification of Double-layer Element Model of Composite Beam Bridge
In the finite element modeling of steel-concrete composite beam, the key is how to effectively simulate the composite beam. The selection of modeling method will directly affect the calculation accuracy of force and displacement of the main beam.in order to verify whether the double-layer beam element can simulate the calculation of composite beam, relying on Hubei Chibi Yangtze River Highway Bridge and based on the calculation results of conversion element model, the double-layer beam element is used to simulate the changes of internal force, stress and deflection difference of each part of the main beam under different structures, different load po-sitions,different element lengths and the state of concrete shrinkage and creep. The results show that when the double-layer beam ele-ment model is used for calculation, the difference between the internal force and stress of each part and the calculation results of the conversion element model is small. When establishing the element model of double-layer beam, the element division length and load section are important factors to determine the calculation accuracy. If the load is applied to the steel beam element, the calculation error is smaller.Considering the influence of 30-year concrete creep on the calculation results in the structure, although the calculation methods in the two calculation models are different, the percentage of displacement difference of each part is small, and the calculation results are consistent with each other.
