拱圈外包混凝土浇筑过程是主拱圈施工中最重要的环节,第一环外包混凝土浇筑过程是其中操作难度最大、风险性最高、耗时较长的一道工序.为了更好地解决大跨度桥梁建设过程中所遇到的浇筑难题,依托渔塘特大桥提出了一种带混凝土底板同步预制吊装施工新工艺,并基于现场施工过程中遇到的难点,给出了新工艺的改进思路,可解决在空中作业时钢筋绑扎与侧模封闭困难的问题.针对施工新工艺及其改进思路,分析比较了新旧工艺对施工安全和施工环境的影响,并进一步分析比较了新旧工艺两者的工期、成本及其经济性.结果表明:采用新工艺可节约工程成本 30%,缩短工期 25%;且在保证施工人员安全的同时,解决了混合水下落的污染问题.
Multi-dimensional Analysis of Construction Technology of Steel Tube Concrete Stiff Skeleton Arch Bridge
Arch ring concrete pouring process is the most important part of the main arch ring construction,the first ring concrete pou-ring process is one of the most difficult operation,the highest risk,time-consuming process.In order to better solve the pouring prob-lems encountered in the construction of long-span bridges,a new construction technology of synchronous precast and hoisting with concrete floor is proposed based on Yutang Bridge.Based on the difficulties encountered in the field construction process,the improve-ment ideas of the new technology are given,which can solve the problems of steel bar binding and side formwork sealing in the air oper-ation.In view of the new construction process and its improvement ideas,the influence of new and old processes on construction safety and construction environment is analyzed and compared,and the construction period cost and economy of the new and old processes are further analyzed and compared.The results show that the new technology can save 30%of project cost and 25%of construction peri-od.While ensuring the safety of construction workers,the pollution problem of mixed water falling is solved.
