空心板梁裂缝形成机理及防治对策

针对当前大量空心板梁桥裂缝频生且处治效果不佳的问题,基于多项工程的裂缝病害调查及统计,对空心板桥的裂缝分布规律及形态特征进行研究,分析了不同部位裂缝的形成机理;通过对常用裂缝修补方法施工工艺及经济性的对比分析,优选出适用于不同形式裂缝的修补方法.研究结果表明:空心板桥裂缝可采用表面封闭法和自动低压渗注法修补加固,该处治技术能够提高空心板梁结构的耐久性和安全性.
Formation Mechanism and Prevention Countermeasures of Cracks in Hollow Slab Beams
Aiming at the problem of frequent cracks and poor treatment effect of a large number of hollow slab bridges,based on the in-vestigation and statistics of crack diseases in many projects,the crack distribution law and morphological characteristics of hollow slab bridges are studied,and the formation mechanism of cracks in different parts is analyzed;Through the comparative analysis and re-search on the construction technology and economy of common crack repair methods,the repair methods suitable for different types of cracks are selected.The research results show that the surface sealing method and automatic low-pressure infiltration method are rec-ommended to repair and reinforce the cracks of the hollow slab bridge.This treatment technology can improve the durability and safety of the hollow slab beam structure.
