圆柱墩装配式梯笼平台设计与施工技术

常规桥梁圆柱墩施工采用的安全爬梯及墩顶平台施工复杂,安全性相对较差。为解决以上问题,提出一种圆柱墩装配式梯笼平台,将人员上下通道与施工平台一体化设计、装配式安装,简化了施工流程;由于装配式梯笼高宽比减小,自身稳定性得到优化,可取消附墙件或缆风绳,相比传统安全爬梯更为安全、便捷。结果表明:圆柱墩装配式梯笼施工平台成功应用于梅山高架桥及梅山互通,真正实现了功能集成化,平台各部件均在厂内加工,现场组装,达到生产工厂化、施工装配化的目的,施工便捷性得到显著提高。
Design and Construction Technology of Assembled Ladder Cage Platform with Cylindrical Piers
The safety ladder and pier top platform used in the construction of conventional bridge cylindrical pier are complicated,and their safety is relatively poor.In order to solve the above problems,a kind of prefabricated ladder cage platform with cylindrical pier is proposed,which integrates the personnel passageway and the construction platform,and assemble-type installation,simplifying the construction process.Because the height to width ratio of the assembled ladder cage is reduced,its own stability is optimized,and wall attachment or cable wind rope can be eliminated,which is safer and more convenient than the traditional safety ladder.The results show that the cylindrical pier prefabricated ladder cage construction platform is successfully applied to Meishan Viaduct and Meishan inter-working,which truly realizes the function integration.All the components of the platform are processed in the factory and assembled on site,so as to achieve the purpose of factory production and construction assembly,and the construction convenience is significantly im-proved.
