棠棣岭隧道通风系统设计及施工设备选型优化

良好的通风设计是保证长大隧道施工安全的前提,需要做好隧道通风方案的设计和优化以及施工设备选择。依托棠棣岭隧道实际施工通风设计情况,介绍了工程概况和通风方案的确定;根据隧道施工中的通风特点计算出各工作面的所需风压和风量,并考虑了风管摩擦阻力作用和弯道处的风压损失;根据计算结果研究了隧道通风合理的设备选型以及相应的优化改进措施。结果表明:配置的压入式轴流风机和射流风机可以满足棠棣岭隧道施工通风的需要,合适的风机和风管选型可以达到需风量要求并有效降低风阻损失。
Design of Tangdiling Tunnel Ventilation System and Optimization of Construction Equipment Selection
Well-designed ventilation is the premise to ensure the safety of long tunnel construction.It is necessary to design and opti-mize the ventilation scheme of tunnel and select construction equipment.Based on the actual construction ventilation design of Tangdil-ing Tunnel,this paper introduces the project overview and the determination of ventilation scheme.According to the ventilation charac-teristics of tunnel construction,the required air pressure and air volume of each working face are calculated,and the wind pressure loss under the action of duct friction resistance and the curve is considered.According to the calculation results,the reasonable equipment selection and corresponding optimization and improvement measures in tunnel ventilation construction are studied.The results show that the press-in axial fan and jet fan can meet the ventilation needs of Tangdiling Tunnel construction,and the suitable fan and duct se-lection can meet the requirements of air volume and effectively reduce the wind resistance loss.
