高速公路二次事故成因分析与预防对策

摘要
基于安徽省高速公路交通事故数据,通过描述性统计分析了高速公路二次事故的事故时空分布特征、形态特征、二次事故在天气影响下的分布特征以及一次事故对二次事故的影响特征,结果表明:高速公路二次事故类型主要为追尾;月初、每年的第一季度和每个星期的最后一天是二次事故高发期;二次事故主要分布于复杂交通节点如交通枢纽、服务区出入口等;一次事故对二次事故有显著的影响.在此基础上,进一步探讨了二次事故在一次事故、交通流及道路环境方面的成因,并提出了针对性的预防对策,以期降低高速公路二次事故的发生率,提高道路交通安全性.
Abstract
Based on the highway traffic accident data in Anhui Province,the accident spatial and temporal distribution characteristics,morphological characteristics,the distribution characteristics of secondary accidents under the influence of weather and the influence characteristics of primary accidents on secondary accidents were analyzed by descriptive statistics.The results showed that:the type of secondary accidents on highways is mainly rear-end;the beginning of the month,the first quarter of each year and the last day of each week are the high incidence of secondary accidents.The secondary accidents are mainly distributed in complex traffic nodes such as traffic hubs and service area entrances and exits;the primary accidents have a significant influence on the secondary accidents.On this basis,the causes of secondary accidents in terms of primary accidents,traffic flow and road environment are further explored,and targe-ted preventive countermeasures are proposed with a view to reducing the incidence of secondary accidents on motorways and improving road traffic safety.
