高速公路养护大中修沥青路面病害处治方法

针对郧十高速公路重载交通导致的横纵向裂缝等严重沥青路面病害,采用加铺罩面技术进行优化处治。在清理原始病害面层后,优化路面结构层材料选择:下面层采用AC-25C型沥青混凝土,中面层选用AC-20C型沥青混凝土,上面层则使用SMA-13 改性沥青玛蹄脂碎石混合料。这一改进有效提升了沥青路面的承载力和耐久性。摊铺完成后,通过严格的初压与复压工艺,确保路面平整度和密实度。处治后,高速公路沥青路面的使用性能指标PQI显著提升至90 以上。
Treatment Method of Asphalt Pavement Disease in Expressway Maintenance
In view of the serious bituminous pavement diseases such as transverse and longitudinal cracks caused by heavy traffic in Yunshi Expressway,the overlay technology is adopted to optimize treatment.After cleaning up the original disease surface,optimize the material selection of the pavement structural layer:AC-25C Tarmac for the lower layer and AC-20C Tarmac for the middle layer,a SMA-13 modified stone mastic asphalt mixture is used for the upper layer.This improvement has effectively enhanced the bearing ca-pacity and durability of asphalt pavement.After the paving is finished,the smoothness and compactness of the pavement can be ensured through the strict primary and secondary pressing process.After treatment,the performance index PQI of asphalt pavement of express-way has been raised to above 90.
