采空区地基失稳会带来安全隐患,所以研究采空区地基施工中注浆处理工艺是一项重要课题。在地基注浆处理之前,根据工程需要布设多个注浆孔位,使注浆区域更加适应施工条件;在注浆孔位处下设注浆管,注浆管之间的距离保持一致;注浆管下设完成后拌制注浆浆液,并进行地基注浆施工,此过程的注浆压力不超过0。50 MPa;注浆处理完毕后,对地面窜浆现象进行处理,保证地基施工整体平稳。最终的施工结果表明,使用该注浆处理工艺之后,注浆深度达到 8 000 mm时,注浆压力为0。50 MPa,边坡沉降量仅为16。65 mm,随着注浆深度的增加,注浆压力和边坡沉降量只有小幅度提升,且边坡沉降量控制在10~17 mm的范围内,由此认为地基较为稳固。
Analysis on Construction Technology of Foundation Grouting in Goaf
The instability of the foundation in the goaf will bring security risks,so it is an important subject to study the grouting treat-ment technology in the foundation construction of the goaf.Before the foundation grouting treatment,multiple grouting holes should be arranged according to the needs of the project to make the grouting area more suitable for the construction conditions;After the grouting pipe is installed,mix the grouting slurry and carry out the foundation grouting construction.The grouting pressure during this process does not exceed 0.50 MPa;after the grouting treatment is completed,the ground channeling phenomenon is treated to ensure the overall stability of the foundation construction.The final construction results show that after using this grouting treatment process,when the grouting depth reaches 8 000 mm,the grouting pressure is 0.50 MPa,and the slope settlement is only 16.65 mm.The slope settlement is only slightly increased,and the slope settlement is controlled within the range of 10~17 mm,so the foundation is considered to be relatively stable.
