高速公路路基压实施工工艺及工程应用分析

针对高速公路工程路基压实施工过程中存在的路基压实度低、冲压效果差的问题,对高速公路路基压实施工工艺及工程应用情况进行研究与分析。首先,确定路基的土质情况,并将填土层安置于砂垫层上方,确定最大压实密度的松铺厚度。其次,对路面进行三次夯击,测量施工中的下沉程度并用填土的方式整平路面。最后,针对不同强度的石料,进行三次压实作业,及时调整压实机械的工作强度,以此控制填料最大粒径范围,从而实现路基压实和质量控制。测试结果表明,不同规格的压路机进行碾压后,静压数据值始终在0。5 MPa以内,土层沉降量稳定在90 mm以内,碾压程度符合标准;在测试深度相同时,强振的最大应力值均大于1。5 倍静压下的数据值,结果符合预期。
Analysis of Construction Technology and Engineering Application of Expressway Subgrade Compression
In view of the problems of low compaction degree and poor stamping effect in the process of subgrade compaction construc-tion of expressway engineering,this paper studies and analyzes the construction technology and engineering application of subgrade compaction of expressway.First of all,determine the subgrade soil conditions,and the filling layer placed on the sand cushion,deter-mine the maximum density of loose thickness.Secondly,the pavement is rammed three times,the subsidence degree is measured and the pavement is smoothed by filling soil.Finally,according to different strength of stone,three times of compaction work,adjust the working intensity of compaction machinery,so as to control the maximum particle size range of filling,and achieve roadbed compaction and quality control.The test results show that the static pressure data value is always less than 0.5 MPa,the settlement of soil layer is stable within 90 mm and the degree of roller compaction conforms to the standard after roller compaction with different specifications,the maximum stress of the strong vibration is more than 1.5 times of the static pressure.The results are in accordance with the expecta-tion.
