为了提升公路施工中锚杆支护的稳定性,以德郓高速高唐段工程为案例,详细研究了锚杆支护技术在公路施工中的应用。研究过程中充分考虑了不同设计与建造阶段支撑结构内外部负载的变化,通过精确测量边坡的定位和斜率,采用递增方法挖掘打孔,制作、安装锚杆,并注入浆液,完成了公路锚杆支护的施工。经过应力变化测试,发现在极限值范围内,锚杆长度增加对边坡周围应力分布具有积极影响,三组试验的变形量控制在0~80 mm内,监测15d后变形量减少,支护稳定性得到了显著提升。边坡表面收敛结果测试显示,该方法有效抑制了边坡的初始变形,减少了边坡表面变形与破坏的风险,展现出良好的支护效果。
Application Analysis of Anchor Bolt Support Technology in Highway Construction
In order to improve the stability of anchor bolt support in highway construction,the application of bolt support technology in highway construction is studied in detail,taking Deyun Expressway Gaotang section project as an example.In the course of the study,the changes of the internal and external loads of the supporting structure in different design and construction stages are fully consid-ered,and injected grout,completed the construction of highway bolt support.It is found that the increase of bolt length has a positive effect on the stress distribution around the slope in the limit range.The deformation of the three groups tests is controlled within 0~80 mm,and the deformation decreases after 15 days of monitoring,the stability of support has been greatly improved.The test results show that the method can effectively restrain the initial deformation of slope,reduce the risk of deformation and failure of slope surface,and show a good supporting effect.
