农村公路白改黑工程中微裂均质化技术应用研究

以江苏省南通市立田线旧水泥混凝土路面改建工程为依托,根据原有道路建设状况,采用芯样检测,弯沉检测以及雷达检测的方式,分析道路典型病害及成果。同时结合数值模拟分析,提出旧水泥混凝土路面微裂均质化破碎和加铺方案。随后对均质化加固技术进行研究,选择合适的补强措施,微裂均质化施工结束后,通过实地观察和雷达检测相结合的方式,评价微裂效果,同时与其他"白改黑"技术对比经济效益和环境效益,验证微裂均质化技术在农村公路的适用性。
Study on Application of Micro-crack Homogenization Technology in Rural Highway White-to-black Project
Based on the reconstruction project of old cement concrete pavement of Litian Line in Nantong City,Jiangsu Province,ac-cording to the original road construction conditions,core sample detection,deflection detection and radar detection are adopted to ana-lyze the typical road diseases and their causes.Combined with numerical simulation analysis,the paper proposes the micro-crack ho-mogenized crushing and overlay scheme of the old cement concrete pavement,and then studies the homogenized reinforcement technolo-gy.After the completion of micro-crack homogenization construction,the effect of micro-crack was evaluated through field observa-tion and ground-penetrating radar detection.Meanwhile,the economic and environmental benefits were compared with other white-to-black technologies to verify the applicability of micro-crack homogenization technology in rural roads.
