掺碱激发再生集料的水泥稳定碎石力学性能分析

为了提高建筑垃圾再生集料的再生利用附加价值,研究了不同碱激发剂对再生集料物理力学性能的强化效果,基于性能最佳原则比选了最佳碱激发剂类型和掺量,并研究了掺碱激发再生集料的水泥稳定碎石的力学性能。结果显示:碱激发剂通过改善破碎的砂浆层及填充孔隙和微裂纹的方式,对再生集料的各项物理力学指标均有明显改善,其中有机硅树脂在降低再生集料压碎值、吸水率和提高黏附性性能方面远远优于硅烷偶联剂和水玻璃溶液;掺加碱激发再生集料的水泥稳定碎石强度不低于纯天然集料的水泥稳定碎石,可以满足规范中半刚性基层的最低强度要求。
Analysis of Mechanical Properties of Cement Stabilized Macadam with Alkali Activated Recycled Aggregate
In order to improve the additional value of recycled aggregate from construction waste,the strengthening effect of different al-kali activators on the physical and mechanical properties of recycled aggregate was studied.Based on the principle of best performance,the best type and amount of alkali activators were selected,and the mechanical properties of cement stabilized crushed stone with alkali activated recycled aggregate were studied.The results show that the alkali activator can significantly improve the physical and mechani-cal indexes of recycled aggregate by improving the broken mortar layer and filling the pores and microcracks.Among them,the silicone resin is far superior to the silane coupling agent and water glass solution in reducing the crushing value,water absorption and improving the adhesion of recycled aggregate;The cement stabilized macadam mixed with alkali activated recycled aggregate shall not be lower than the cement stabilized macadam with pure natural aggregate,which can meet the minimum strength requirements of semi-rigid base in the specification.
