以钢渣、再生沥青混合料(RAP)和普通玄武岩碎石为研究对象,基于体积指标评价了钢渣和RAP掺量对沥青路面设计标准的影响,通过浸水马歇尔试验、车辙试验和摆值试验,定量研究钢渣和RAP在沥青混合料中高掺量应用的可行性,并与纯天然集料沥青混合料进行了对比分析。结果显示:钢渣和RAP的掺加基本不会影响混合料的设计标准;三种类型的混合料高温稳定性和抗滑性均能满足规范要求;与纯天然集料沥青混合料相比,随着RAP和钢渣掺量的增加残留马歇尔稳定度(RMS)在逐渐下降,当RAP和钢渣含量为60%时,RMS分别为 78。7%和 84。3%;当钢渣掺量为 60%时,其沥青混合料的动稳定度是普通玄武岩混合料的1。21 倍;当钢渣含量达到60%时,摆值(BPN)为 95。4,比普通玄武岩混合料的抗滑性能增加8%。
Road Performance of Asphalt Mixture with Steel Slag
Taking steel slag,Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement(RAP)and ordinary basalt macadam as research objects,the influence of steel slag and RAP content on asphalt pavement design standard is evaluated based on volume index.Through immersion Marshall test,rutting test and pendulum test,the feasibility of high content application of steel slag and RAP in asphalt mixture is quantitatively stud-ied,and compared with pure natural aggregate asphalt mixture.The results show that the mixing of steel slag and RAP does not affect the design standard of the mixture.The high temperature stability and skid resistance of the three types of mixtures can meet the re-quirements of the specification;Compared with the pure natural aggregate asphalt mixture,the Residual Marshall Stability(RMS)gradu-ally decreases with the increase of RAP and steel slag content.When the RAP and steel slag content is60%,the RMS is78.7%and 84.3%respectively.When the steel slag content is60%,the dynamic stability of asphalt mixture is1.21 times that of ordinary basalt mixture.When the steel slag content reaches60%,the British Pendulum Number(BPN)is95.4,which is8%higher than the sliding resistance of ordinary basalt mixture.
