掺钢渣的阻燃沥青在隧道路面应用的可行性分析

利用钢渣骨料制备温拌阻燃沥青混凝土,并评价其路用性能和阻燃性能.采用火焰喷枪加热试验、黏附性试验、半圆弯曲试验和摆值试验研究了钢渣阻燃沥青混合料的阻燃性能和路用性能.结果显示:钢渣骨料制备的沥青混凝土比热容高,导热系数低,可提高温拌阻燃沥青混凝土的阻燃性能;掺钢渣的沥青混合料的集料剥落率(SR)随着钢渣掺量的增大持续减小,钢渣掺量为0 时的SR值为13.1%,而钢渣掺量为 60%时,SR值为 9.5%,说明掺钢渣的沥青混合料具有更好的粘合性能;掺钢渣沥青混合料的SCB强度和摆值均高于普通沥青混合料,钢渣阻燃沥青混合料具有比普通沥青混合料更好的低温抗开裂性和抗滑性能.因此,掺钢渣沥青混合料更适合潮湿环境的隧道路面.
Feasibility Analysis of the Application of Flame Retardant Asphalt Mixed with Steel Slag in Tunnel Pavement
Steel slag aggregate was used to prepare warm mix flame retardant asphalt concrete,and its road performance and flame re-tardant property were evaluated.The flame retardancy and road performance of steel slag flame retardant asphalt mixture were studied by flame gun heating test,adhesion test,semicircle bending test and swing value test.The results show that the asphalt concrete pre-pared by steel slag aggregate has high specific heat capacity and low thermal conductivity,which can improve the flame retardant prop-erty of warm mix flame retardant asphalt concrete.The aggregate stripping rate(SR)of asphalt mixture mixed with steel slag continuous-ly decreases with the increase of steel slag content.When the steel slag content is 0,the SR value is 13.1%,while when the steel slag content is 60%,the SR value is 9.5%,indicating that the asphalt mixture mixed with steel slag has better bonding properties.The SCB strength and swing value of steel slag asphalt mixture are higher than that of ordinary asphalt mixture,and the steel slag flame retardant asphalt mixture has better low temperature anti-crack property and anti-sliding property than ordinary asphalt mixture.Therefore,as-phalt mixture mixed with steel slag is more suitable for tunnel pavement in wet environment.
